Well ... it depends on the makeup of the chocolate - it must be dark chocolate, and if possible, cold processed and raw (not heated).  But if you can't find that kind of chocolate; at the very least, it should be organic, kosher and have very little sugar in it (or no sugar at all).  Tall order, I know, but there  is quite a bit of information and documented resources about Healthy Chocolate in the news.
